This Wok Hey outlet is pretty awesome compared to the others! It has a self ordering kiosk which accepts card payment - something most wok hey outlets do not have! They also have a screen to project your number order and which basket it’s in. However, you may have to wait more than 20mins during lunch hours.

It's really efficient to order (and pay) on their website then head over to collect when your order is ready. Helps beat the lunchtime crowd and it's my go-to lunch place when it's peak period and I'm really hungry. I enjoy their egg fried rice with premium brown rice and will order this with chicken and mushrooms or with prawns. I didn't quite like the xo fried rice but willing to give the dish another shot. I do prefer the chilli at King of Fried Rice.

If you love fried rice and Asian noodles, then trying this place is a must. They cook right in front of you, and the best of all is that they serve Halal chicken and beef. It's a to go place, and they are located in most of the malls in Singapore. The pictures don't do justice with how our food looked and tasted. The food was absolutely delicious and perfect blend of sauces.

You really can't go wrong with WokHey! The food is always delicious, and their seasonal items, like the National Day laksa flavors, are just as amazing. The staff at this outlet were incredibly friendly and helpful. I had some questions about ordering through the app, and they were super patient and made the process so easy. Highly recommend!

why do you guys stop selling the whole ramen egg? that was the best side dish and i felt like it ruined my favourite part about wok hey! anyway i love how tiny their takeout boxes are but their portion is huge. i usually order the braised beef or prawn fried rice. i HIGHLY suggest you order on their online portal 30-40 minutes before pickup because waiting time in the CBD is a murder during lunch hours. also please bring back the ramen egg.

Too long a wait, no matter how I slice the problem statement up. It was meant to be a 20-30mins wait time, which ended up becoming 45mins. Didn't help that they accepted virtual orders from people working around here. I ended up having to rush to finish my food, before my next appointment. For a packet of takeaway fried rice, they're consistent and yummy. Almost like a factory line, you can almost surely expect the same flavors and experience across time and persons frying. I just wished that they had better forecasting of manpower requirements and improve serviceability of key outlets.

Limited edition item on the menu! No complaints overall and portion was generous. Chili was nice as well though personally I feel laksa is quite a heavy meal for dinner

Simple yet yummy egg fried rice with fresh shrimps, asparagus and ebiko. Ebiko and asparagus were add ons at a dollar for each selection. When preferring something less sinful, could also choose from their brown rice option at no added cost. Avoid peak lunch hour between 12.30pm to 2pm to avoid longer waits of more than 20mins.
